The homebuilders from Maidenhill, the development the school is situated on, donated funds to the school to ensure the pupils had a special send off.
CALA Homes (West) and Taylor Wimpey West Scotland provided Mearns Castle school ties to all 14 pupils, which were presented at the prom. The homebuilders also decorated their sales suites with balloons and banners to welcome pupils who were driven to the school in a limo for the special occasion.
