Getting around

Your route to ideal living

Close to the M77 motorway (junction 5) and the Glasgow Southern Orbital, or GSO (A726), Maidenhill is within easy reach of main routes to both Glasgow and Ayr.

But the community itself is being built with families in mind, with a strong focus on foot and cycle paths allowing residents to get around, and into the wider community, with ease – and without the car.

Main access to the development is via Ayr Road (A77) and the GSO, with two new central bus stops as well as existing local bus stops, serving residents as part of a new public transport framework.

Frequent train services to Glasgow Central Station and Ayr call at nearby Patterton and Whitecraigs stations.
